LightBridge Hospice & Palliative Care announces recognition by TRICARE as an approved provider of hospice services for our Veterans and their families. With TRICARE coverage, there are no out-of-pocket deductable costs for hospice services*. LightBridge can provide hospice care in a variety of settings, including the home or authorized acute care setting. LightBridge has also recently achieved the We Honor Veterans, Partnership Level 2. We Honor Veterans is a pioneering program from the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) that is designed to empower hospice professionals to meet the unique needs of dying Veterans and their families.
