LightBridge has achieved We Honor Veterans Level 3. To reach Level 3, we developed and strengthened our relationships with VA medical centers and other Veteran organizations in addition to providing Veteran-centric education for our staff and volunteers, along with identifying and recognizing patients with military experience. LightBridge is committed to honoring and caring for our Veterans on their end of life journey.
We Honor Veterans is a national hospice provider awareness program conducted by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
